Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use troubleusing.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Company

Troubleusing Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Troubleusing Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We offer no warranty on the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

The content on this website is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Each tree and each property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices shift with the job, the location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Reach out to your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep clear of downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Troubleusing Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
