How to Raise a Complaint

A tall backyard tree beside a family home in West Valley City before a planned removal

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Troubleusing Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Troubleusing Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Troubleusing Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us a Complaint

Email contact@troubleusing.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
